Dick and Karen's missionary career began in Korea (1970) working at HLKX-AM. During their second term (1977-81) they began their association in an "on loan" status with FEBC in Korea.

Following their furlough, they transfered to the Philippines to serve with FEBC in Manila (1982-89) and from 1990 to 1996 they represented a mission organization in the central USA. They returned to Korea as FEBC-USA missionaries January 1997 where Dick currently serves as the International Program Coordinator for FEBC in Korea. Karen volunteers her time for English secretarial services.

They have two married children and five grandchildren.

Retired, but continue to volunteer.
