David Creel first begain service with FEBC on the island of Saipan in 1990. During his 18 years of service there, he served in various positions of ministry including Chief Engineer for KSAI-AM, Station Manager for KSAI-AM, and Chief Engineer for FEBC's international shortwave station KFBS.

Recently, David sensed God's call to a new ministry assignment. While continuing to work with FEBC on special projects, David's ministry is being expanded to include building Christian radio stations around the world with partner ministry Galcom International.
