Who's Listening in Myanmar (Burma)

FEBC-Myanmar was incorporated in 1973 and to this today continues to minister in this predominantly Buddhist country.

Both evangelism and discipleship-based programs can be heard in all states and divisions of the nation. As radio is the primary source of media entertainment, Far East Broadcasting Company's audio dramas and music cassettes are widely popular among Buddhist listeners. While print materials are made available, friendships are cultivated by personal correspondence via postal mail.

Listener letter

In response to Temporal to Eternity, a former Buddhist nun writes, "While listening to your program, I heard you claim that Jesus became alive after being dead. You said He is able to help anyone who calls to Him. This convinced me and I did call on the name of Jesus to heal my eyes. I received this healing and became able to see again! This made me decide to join the church and be baptized.
