The day when the last floor was poured it snowed heavily and the
wind chill was -4 C. We had to take many precautions so that the fresh concrete
wouldn't freeze.
That night the temperature dropped to -13C, but
because of the covering and the woodstoves running on the second floor to heat
the new floor above, the concrete survived the cold! |
