Please pray for the Hmong, an ethnic people group who reside in several countries in Southeast Asia. Many have come to faith in Jesus through FEBC broadcasts. Please pray that believers will be a light for those who do not yet know the Lord.
June 11th
Persecution against Christians is intense in Pakistan. Please pray for our programs to provide encouragement to those who are spiritually oppressed. Pray, too, for God to guide our broadcasters as they try to reach difficult areas in this country.
June 10th
Today, please pray for a project serving an ethnic group in Central Asia. The program covers topics that are culturally relevant and incorporate faith into family and health. The group is predominantly Muslim; please pray for their hearts to turn to Jesus.
June 9th
Christians in Yemen tell us they feel isolated and fearful. Please pray that our partners who produce programs for the Yemeni people will be a source of hope for listeners and remind them they are never alone.
June 8th
Oftentimes, God’s goodness, as seen in the Bible, reaches people in the most insecure areas of their lives. A listener from Russia shares, “I always tried to earn love. I was shocked to hear that God loves me just as I am. Thank you for this message of grace!” Praise God for the impact His love has on our self-esteem.
June 7th
When FEBC listeners share their stories with our staff, they often mention their surprise that God wants to have a personal relationship with them. They believed He was too removed and distant to care about them. Praise God that He is a loving Father! And pray that FEBC broadcasts will continue to reveal this truth to listeners.
June 6th
Political unrest in Kyrgyzstan has led to the rise of some extremist groups. Pray for FEBC broadcasts to convey the peace and grace that Jesus Christ offers.
June 5th
Praise God for the success of social media to share the Gospel and reach people in Cambodia. Social media is especially utilized by younger Cambodians who are hearing about Jesus for the first time and coming to faith. Pray that they will share this news with others, such as their friends, but also their parents who have been raised in the Buddhist faith.
June 4th
Pray for our ministry to North Korea. It has not been easy for the Gospel to reach North Koreans, but God has made a way and FEBC broadcasts can now be heard there 18 hours a day.
June 3rd
Today please pray for Liangyou Theological Seminary in China. New programs and curriculums have recently been added. Pray that seminary students will develop an even deeper relationship with Jesus and be a light to others.
