Due to Myanmar’s culture, most people identify as Buddhist. For some FEBC listeners, our programs serve as their sole spiritual instruction due to an inability to attend church. Please pray that FEBC will continue to provide encouragement to these listeners.

In Japan, Christians often tell us they are ostracized by their family and community because of their faith. Pray that Japanese Christians will find encouragement from our programs. Pray, too, that nonbelievers will hear and respond to the Gospel.

Please pray against domestic abuse, which has long been a problem in Kyrgyzstan. Due to current “shelter at home” restrictions, domestic abuse is increasing.

FEBC producers work hard to broadcast programs that share the Good News of Jesus Christ. In addition, programs share messages focusing on forgiveness and loving one another. Praise God that a listener in Indonesia was prompted to repair a broken relationship with her mother because of a message she heard on an FEBC broadcast.

In the past 6 weeks, much in the world has changed due to the pandemic. But God has not.

Pray for our team in South Africa. In addition to overseeing their own country, they support our broadcasting efforts in Mali, Mozambique, and Chad. Pray for God’s guidance and provision for His work in these African countries.

In the Philippines, pray that many will tune into FEBC’s hourly national prayer broadcast, as well as a new devotional program designed to lift their spirits and point people to Christ.

In Pakistan, social media has been a powerful way to follow up with listeners after they listen to our Internet-based broadcasts and shortwave programs. Pray that God will continue to give FEBC opportunities to use social media to connect with listeners.

Today, praise God that in Kyrgyzstan, FEBC broadcasts can be heard 24/7. Pray that these programs will bless listeners and bring a change to the hearts of those who have yet to receive Jesus as their personal Savior.
