Please pray for the spiritual and physical protection of churches around the world. FEBC aims to expose people to the Gospel through radio programs, but our prayer is that new believers will grow in their faith through community and discipleship at local churches.

In Myanmar, there is immense social pressure to conform to Buddhism; the practice of Christianity is greatly restricted. In addition to the national language of Burmese, FEBC offers programs in 5 ethnic languages. Please pray that listeners will choose to give their lives to Christ and grow in their faith.

In sensitive areas of Northeast Africa intense violence can cause threats to the infrastructure of FEBC partnerships. Internet and mobile phone networks can be compromised, which directly affects listeners’ access to FEBC content and their only access to God’s Word. Please pray for safety in these regions.

Thailand is predominantly Buddhist, yet FEBC has helped many in this country of 66 million develop a personal relationship with Jesus. A listener shared, “This Bible program is my greatest friend and every truth in life. The Word of God is a balm that has almost fully healed the wounds in my heart. Now, I do not have any more suicidal thoughts because I know that God still loves me and is on my side.” Praise God for the impact that hearing the Word has had on this listener’s life!

One of FEBC’s newest radio station partnerships is in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, which is the sixth station to join an FM network in the country. Because of the Lord’s guidance, two thirds of the country’s population is now able to access Gospel-based content 24/7. Please pray for the hearts of listeners!

Sometimes, listeners share that simply hearing the Good News in their native language is enough to soften their hearts to the Gospel. A listener from the Middle East shared, “It is unbelievable to hear real voices that talk about spiritual things in our language.” Please pray for this listener as they discover who Jesus is through these broadcasts.
